These guys were in and out in a day and a half on a complete system replacement. They did awesome work and we love our new HVAC system. From Tammy in the office to Justin our tech, the company is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and affordable. Justin did a great job on our HVAC system, taking time and care in explaining the maintenance needs and a replacement part that was necessary. .Justin was finishing the winter HVAC inspection of our home and found a plumbing leak in one of our rooms, not related to HVAC. He let us know immediately and even helped us move a piece of furniture that was getting wet from the leak. Indian Trail always goes above and beyond in their service. We had no heat on a 20 degree evening and called Indian Trail Heating & Air after 6. Lucky for us they still had a tech on call and in our area. In no time we had the tech at the house repairing our system. Great tech who checked back with us the next day! Highly recommend this company.
I had a Heat pump put in during the early summer of 2023 due to someone incorrectly routing the hoses on the one that came with the home, which was built in 2010. The Techs that came out and installed the unit were courteous, professional, and timely in their install.
Since then we had a few issues with the unit itself, but all I had to do was reach out and someone was willing to come out and take care of the issue.
George Scott and his team have done a wonderful job and would strongly recommend them to my family and friends.
