First time customer. I am very impressed with the service, the service technician, and the quality of the scheduling . Throughout the process the technician kept us updated while he worked seamlessly on both systems. I’m happy to have chosen this service provider for our HVAC. I have a complete list of everything he did during the PM call.

I received a phone call when he was on his way and when he was finished, got my invoice via text. They were a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely hire them when we build our new home!

My wife and I have been a home owners for over 50 years. We purchased this home 6 months ago and wanted to setup a PM program on our HVAC units which are approaching 18 years old. In fact one unit the heat stopped working, fortunately it wasn’t too cold over the weekend. We were told that a technician would be arriving between 11 and 1. Rory, the service technician, called at 12:15 and arrived at 12:40. He was very professional, friendly wore shoe coverings and was very good about explaining and informing me of the issues regarding the heating problem. With respect to the Preventive Maintenance, Rory seemed to be very thorough and explained what he did and his impression of our units. We look forward to seeing someone from Indian Trail HVAC for our fall PM. I will also not hesitate to recommend them to our neighbors.
